How Does Our Process Work?
- Receive the account and load it into our system.
- A 30-Day validation letter is generated.
- Three days from when the letter goes out, we initiate calls.
- Until the 30-day validation period is up, we attempt to initiate contact through phone communication. (This may include skip tracing if necessary.)
- If we receive contact with the debtor, we attempt to secure payment in full or if this is not possible, reasonable payment plans.
- If contact is not established by this point, we send out a second letter which asks why they are ignoring the process. Telephone attempts continue.
- After this, we will send out a credit bureau reporting notification. Telephone attempts continue.
- Continued series of letters and calls.
- If debtor either has not been communicated with, or outright refuses to pay, we will send a final letter recommending to our client to take whatever action is available at their disposal.
- Credit Bureau reporting will continue until eventually the debtor has to pay in order to have it removed from their record.
- Our policies and practices are in full compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
